Come join us in our unique, physically active and creative camps for kids.

Children will work on aerial and acrobatic skills while improving their strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance all while making new friends and circus memories!  Focus is on CIRCUS FUN!

Coaches use skill syllabus from our Circus Starter and Level 1 programs.  If your child is in our LV 2 or higher, they will be encouraged to work on their technique within the skills taught during camp and additional elements will be given when possible.

Camp Activities Include:

•  2 aerial lessons each day - silk, hoop, hammock, or trapeze

• ground disciplines every day: rola bola, plate spinning, acrobatics, or juggling, & more

• mini circus show creation for full day camps only.  Performed for families on last day of camp at 2:45pm

• group games, circus fort building, parachute, slack line

• circus-inspired arts and crafts

• outdoor play activities at Sarah Beckett Memorial Playground 2 x week *weather permitting

• 45 min Cirque du Soleil movie projection in Circus room on the last day.  Bring your stuffies!

AGES:

• 6 -11

• camper must be 6 by Aug 31, 2025

Prerequisites:  For the safety and enjoyment of our campers and coaches, all participants must be able to use the bathroom by themselves, follow directions, stay with the group, participate in all activities, and follow the school's safety rules.  If your child is unable to fully participate in camp or follow the circus school's rules their enrolment may be removed and an alternative may be offered if one is available.

CAMP FEE:  $315 + tax for full day 5 day camp

                  $255 + tax for 4 day camp​

CAMP WEEKS:

• July 7 - 11 Full Day 9:30am-3:00pm

• July 14 - 18 Full Day 9:30-3:00pm

• July 28 - Aug 1 Full Day 9:30-3:00pm

• Aug 5 - 8 Full Day 9:30-3:00pm ( Tues-Fri only)

• Aug 18 - 22 Full Day 9:30am-3:00pm 

• Aug 25 - 29 Full Day 9:30-3:00pm

** HALF DAY CAMP REQUESTS: we may be able to accommodate your child for a morning or afternoon half day camp depending on enrolment numbers.  Please email our office at admin@therisingcircus.com to make your request.  Include name, age of camper, desired week and if you want morning 9:30am-12:00pm or afternoon 12:30-3:00pm

• Minimum Registration Requirement: each camp week must have a minimum of 5 campers registered to be able to run.  If a camp week has low enrolment you will receive an email 1 week in advance and be offered an alternative week to join us if one is available or you can request a refund

Prerequisites: aerial experience preferred but not required. 

Must have ability to hold your own body weight in the air, feel comfortable going upside down, and invert on an apparatus eg. hang from knees on a bar

• What To Wear & Bring:  water bottle and a snack.  Form fitting athletic clothing.  Stomachs and backs of the knees must be fully covered.  No half tops or shorts. Hair tied back. No jewelry.  No zippers or metal fasteners. Bare feet.
