Explore life under the Big Top!

Circus Starter is your child's first step in our Kids Programming.

Class meets once/week.

Learn foundational skills on aerial silk, aerial hoop, trapeze, rope, and ground circus skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Circus improves strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and is a non-competitive, physically active and creative pursuit.

Near the end of the session you will receive an email with your child's class level recommendation for the following session.  On average, it takes 1-2 sessions for a child to pass through Circus Starter.  Because aerial circus is a higher risk activity it's important they feel confident and comfortable with their circus foundations before moving into a higher level.

Prerequisites: none

  • closed class setting

  • if your child is nervous on the first day parents are welcome to bring their child into the class and stay until they are comfortable

  • Family viewing day on last class of session

Is your child curious about circus?

Is your child already a Rising student and wants additional practice?
